Did she ever find out which was was here dad???? If not.... how did it end???

If I recall, there was an episode where they took a paternity test, and took the results home without looking at them. Then, they decided together to rip it up. This scores a cheese factor of "10" I think. Do you think any "dads" did this on the Maury Povich show?

I think that on the final episode, Joey got married to a woman with a baby girl (name Gracie, I think) and that Nicole and Michael were going to live together alone after that. They never settled the paternity issue.

It was neither of them, it was actually someone from Joey's past, when he was refered to as Billie Joe McKay or better known as B.J. The person from his past was of course is former truck driving companion, The Bear.
