Why do Al hates sex with Peggy and finds her unnatractive?

I'm just a little surprised. I mean she's not that fat, she has a killer body.

She just wears him down by being a slob and nagging him all the time. He doesn't see her as a woman anymore.

The in-universe answer is that he doesn't find her attractive because they are married.
