I'm looking for the name of an episode but I can't remember it. There's a scene where either Peg or Bud fools Al on the phone. Al says on the phone: Yes I'm Al Bundy. Yes I have a yes i have a foot odor problem.

It sounds like this episode: "I Who Have Nothing". This episode deals with Al trying to retrieve a football he gave to some cheerleader he "Bundified". The joke you're talking about was Peg when Al was trying to call a private investigator.
