Doesn't make sense
The only animal they kept more than an episode was Comet their dog. All others were just temporary one and done pets. Your argument is invalid.
If you don't want to be spoiled, you shouldn't be here in the first place.
Let's not forget Sid the parrot. Parrot Sid land in their yard (Steph's shoulder I believe) & Big Sid wants to reward them by giving them anything in the shop. The choices are a big screen TV, a karaoke machine & synthesizer (I think)that Jesse could of really used for his music & the little bint choses a standee of Big Sid who probably laughed his ass off once they left the store. If I was DJ & Steph I would of taken Michelle to the park given her *beep* then slapped the hell out of her !!

Like Danny's girlfriends, most of them lasted one episode. Cindy got three. The only one who lasted, was Vicky.
Even Danny's current wife in Fuller House was only seen once and very briefly.

TV Shows aren't supposed to make any sense
Well regardless of how long they kept any of their pets for, horses do cost a whole lot more than the rest of the pets and it was bigger than the donkey. Danny also wouldn't have wanted the horse to make a mess of the house. The show probably didn't consider it too much but horses can't live in regular houses, they need farms and large areas.

When Danny said that DJ could have come to him about wanting a horse in the first place, she said she knew he was gonna say no if she did. And when DJ asked him if he was still gonna punish her and he said, "Oh yeah! Big time", what about Stephanie? Shouldn't she have punished as well since she went along with keeping the horse a secret for 2 weeks because DJ asked her to?
