Can be assumed your first three picks were still roaming the halls but just as Students/other. Can be assumed Maggie and Millie moved into other dorm areas (i.e. pledged a sorority or other). Just because they are not seen hanging w/ their old roomies doesn't mean they don't exist. Terrence could still have been living under his fathers roof just as Jalessa.
Unsure who Ernest is so can't explain him and I believe they did give an exit for Lettie but don't recall at this specific moment.
My speculation has been that Maggie, Millie And Terrence all transferred to other schools (Terrence perhaps a school where he could be his own person away from his father)...Lettie, I would guess graduated, and Jaleesa (along with baby Iman) was probably still around, just off camera (just as Col Taylor and Mr Gaines were during the first season)

shareIt would have been nice if some reference was made to characters of note. Like Maggie & Millie. A mere mention that they transferred and were missed would have been nice. They repeatedly reminded us of how Denise's departure affected Dwayne. I would have expected the show to at least allow Ron to make mention of Millie, since she was his girlfriend.
shareIn real life Loretta Devine was fired from the show. I liked Stevie better as the Dorm Mother. Lettie was interesting, but her character would have worked better as a professor.
