I'm wondering what some of you think the stories for the characters would be like today? Would Whitley and Dwayne still be together? What about Ron and Freddie?

Seems like Dwayne would have to live where the tech is, Silicon Valley or the Pacific Northwest. Whitley would be a patron of the arts in San Fran, but I can't see her living in the Pac Northwest., Their mothers would hate being so far away from the grandkids. So Dwayne and Whitley would have a strained relationship.
Ron would become a shady music promoter/producer. He and Freddy would have split. In other words, they may have peaked in college and would all now be having mid-life crises. :(
Freddy would be working for the ACLU/NAACP/Black Lives Matter.
Kim would be rich but overworked.
I prefer to think of them in their college glory!
Dwayne and Whitney would still be overseas, he did get a job with Kanechiwa. Maybe Dwayne would have found a job in US (transferred) and went back to the east coast.
Kim and Spencer will be married with some kids.
Ron and Freddie might still be together but doing their own thang.
