Am I the only one that wants the rest of the seasons on DVD? I've obsessed with Whitley and Dwayne and I just want to replay their scenes over and over again. I want to start a petition!

I just found out that nothing beyond the first season of Moesha is available on DVD. The show is almost 20 years old and has been in steady syndication yet it's impossible to own most of it legitimately.
First season sold poorly so I guess they gave up.
shareMIllCreek just got through rereleasing Cosby. I asked them if they had plans for A Different World but they said they didn't have the rights to it. They licensce these series and put them out on cheap dvds. I think it is most likely way for them to come to DVD so go to their facebook page and request it. They do listen. We got them to release the cartoon series Beverly Hills Teen.

I'd say the reason is probably because of the theme song. Aretha Franklin sang it from seasons 2-5.
Aretha Franklin also did the theme song for the first few seasons of "Grace Under Fire" and once that series came to DVD, the theme song was replaced with the later version used in the series.
