That Character That Appeared In Most Of The Episodes, But Had No Lines

Who remembers that character that appeared in most of the episodes, but had no lines? That same actor appeared in several episodes of "Different Strokes" as Arnold's friend. But he had no lines in any of those episodes, either!

Are you talking about that short dude who was often seen in the background or just walking through a scene? Sort of looked like a turtle?

I'm just elated that I'm not the only one who's been trying to figure out who this lil' dude is. Actually took to this board to try to discover his identity, or at least, dig up a pic to show my wife, who hasn't a clue of the cat I've been describing to her.

I came to this message board to post that EXACT thing!! I don't remember him when I watched as a little girl, when the shows were originally airing, but now that I'm re-watching on Netflix, yeah, he seems to be star extra or something.

Can somebody tell me where to look for him? Like a specific episode and time? I usually just listen to the show while I'm working, and haven't noticed him when I do watch.

He showed up during season 2. Look at the episode when Suzanne broke up with D'Wayne.

Wow, I just posted that question. Can't find his name in any credits. There is also a girl who shows up everywhere.
