Based on the editing and shooting, I'm going to say they used a body double. Because you never get a shot of her face while she is 'naked', and the hair does look slighlty different when you see it from the back.

If it's a body double, her face looks a lot like Dreyfus's. This topless pic is taken from an old issue of Cinefantastique but the quality of the magazine print isn't great to begin with and scanning it certainly didn't help matters:

it's not a body double, it's her. you see her and then you see her butt, but it looks like she's wearing something see through.
