Why no 30th Anniversary Special Edition DVD?

I wondered the same thing. I would have expected an anniversary Blu-Ray release, at least. Shout Factory! released a 25th anniversary Blu-Ray for UHF but not on DVD. So, I would have thought the same company would capitalize on their Transformers license and do an anniversary Blu-Ray for the movie.

I also wondered why there wasn't a 25th anniversary release back in 2011. 20th, 25th, and 30th anniversary releases are generally churned out to make money off of the same content released before.

Probably because the 30th anniversary of the movie hasn't happened yet.
