LOL. I haven't gone to the Maverick board since the movie was released to avoid spoilers, even in titles. You come here and you get dinged anyway. To be fair, one of the reviews mentioned Maverick attending a funeral - I immediately suspected it was Ice.

Would have been SUPER cool if there was a scene on the Aircraft Carrier in route to the target wherein Mav clutched Iceman’s dog tags, said a prayer, and then hurled the tags into the ocean… similar to when Mav did same with Goose’s tags.
