Come on, couldn't they come up with some other way to get Max to fit into the suit? It goes from being a reasonable length inside the shuttle to looking like it's wrapped around Max 20 times when out in space.
Talking space robot launching kids into space I can believe.. but a long belt? I can only suspend disbelief for so long. :)
I know, at first I thought maybe she had more than one belt, but I know what you mean. But if they didn't get him into space, then we could not have had the tcuching Star Wars reference to get him to out to the RMS or have him tumble into space.

shareThe funny thing is you can see how they barely can get it around his leg and arm once, and then when he is out in space the belt goes all the way around his body about 5 times, down his legs, around his foot, it's pretty hilarious.
