5.4 is way too low.
Not sure why this has such a low rating. Also the vote count! Only 15k votes. It seems not many people have watched this.
It's a shame the Psycho sequels have less fanfare that most slasher sequels. I think parts II & III are better than most other slasher franchise entries.
