Love theme from 'Murphy's Law'

Did anyone notice that the theme song to this film was co-written and sung by none other than Kathleen Wilhoite, Charles Bronson's trash-talking sidekick in the film. The woman has quite a set of pipes!

And a mouth like a toilet.

reply

Indeed. She curses like a sailor, but sings like an angel.

reply

Yes, that was some very colourful language that she used, enough to make Sgt. Hartman from Full Metal Jacket blush. I wonder if those lines were scripted or if Wilhoite improvised them.

reply

I suspect, considering the bizarre nature of the some of dialogue, it was pretty much scripted, but Kathleen spouted them like a natural!

reply

I was wondering if that was Kathleen Wilhoite singing.

It is amazing, isn't it? Too bad she didn't become a bigger star as an actress or a singer.

That's what happens when you start your film career in Golan/Globus productions. :-)
