No Academy Awards in 1987??
Don't you think that MANHUNTER, like many others Mann's films, was "robbed" from its Academy Awards?
I think that Michael Mann, William Petersen, Tom Noonan, Dante Spinotti could have won Academy Awards for this movie...some of the best directing, writing, acting and cinematography in 1986...but unfortunately the film bombed at the box office, and critics were mixed at the time...
