Ok i heard it & it sounded just like jackie chan. Did he sing it?

In the original Chinese version (not sure which version you saw, but I also have a dubbed version which has the same closing song) of the movie, the closing song is called "Goddess of Storm (Lorelei)" and it is sang by Alan Tam, the guy who portrayed Jackie Chan¡¦s friend and a singer (he is a singer in real life; the footage where he was singing on stage was actually from one of his concert and that song is called ¡§Midnight Rider¡¨). The only song that Jackie Chan sang in the movie is the song ¡§Friends¡¨ along with Alan Tam. You can hear this song during their car ride (Jackie Chan with Alan Tam, and Lola Forner) to the location designated by the kidnappers.

agul2001 is correct. Alan Tam was a huge HK popstar in the eighties and is one of those instantly recognisable voices if you're used to HK music.
