No, the reason being I’m watching all the films with my 7 year old daughter right now.

Is it any good and is it kid friendly?

Yeah it's kid friendly, I watch it with my son he's 15 now and he loves it.
I think it's really good, it can be a bit cheesy at times but I loved the original films as a kid, so I'd watch anything karate kid related.
