The crimes and immoralities of Chozen, Taro, and Toshio

As I said before that if they make their slander remarks about Daniel.......so can I......

Now don't get me wrong.

I loved Karate Kid 2

I actually really liked Taro and Toshio (one of which really with that sort of snide laugh). In fact I based him in a book as a character of a friend of a main character. He's not bad......but not really good either.......just kind of mischievous.

Chozen was kind of enjoyable too as a bad guy.

But they're bad guys........

And were really the true bad guys of this film.

So without further a due.........

Here are the crimes and immoralities of Chozen and Taro/Toshio

01) squeezes Daniel's hand real hard on handshake and sarcastically says he hopes that Daniel's stay is nice

02) snickers on how some things have not changed (he hasn't even met Miyagi in person yet and already he's labeling him coward)

03) throws Daniel's book

04) Says to Daniel that Miyagi is a coward (even Sato-San told him sharply to stay out of it)

05) Prevents Daniel-San from protecting Mr. Miyagi when Sato was going to punch him in the chest

06) Says to everyone Miyagi is a coward and Daniel is a baby (but then again lie only become true when yadda yadda yadda)

07) Cheating villagers

08) takes Bon drum from Daniel

09) kicks Daniel very hard in stomach after nearly getting physical with Kumiko and Daniel jumped into defend

10) Clearly threatens to kill Daniel-San

11) takes shirt off in public street

12) drops stained shirt on street (littering)

13) Taro/Toshio (not sure which is which I think it's Taro): snitches that Daniel is in "bad" bar to Chozen

14) makes Daniel participate shoving him and keeping him in bad bar

15) when Daniel refuses he again threatens Daniel with broken neck

16) makes several undistinguished loud comments when Daniel is concentrating on trying to break ice

17) Tries welching out on payment saying they don't honor bets with "cowards" (Sato-San again tells Chozen sharply to stop it)

18) All Three: Destroy vegetable patch when Miyagi refuses to go to Sato's dojo

19) plugs Daniel in stomach at dance

20) tries and temporarily does steal Daniel's money

21) Says that they'll take Kumiko home (rape threat)

22) causes photo painting to rip in two

23) Tresspassing in Miyagi dojo and takes spear

24) destroys rule #1 cloth

25) destroys rule #2 cloth

26) destroys stone dojo model

27) Destroys tiny glass picture frame

28) insults Daniel's karate when Miyagi didn't teach him how to fight with spear but instead taught him how to be coward

29) attempts to choke Daniel-San to death

30) Taro/Toshio: destroy garden and shoji Windows of Yukie's house

31) destroys a garden lantern after Daniel told Miyagi that Chozen threatened and then really tried to kill him

32) holds Kumiko hostage threatening to cut her throat and punches her out cold (serious LIFETIME crime here in US)

If I think of more I'll add more..........

........but interesting thing.

Where were Taro/Toshio during the final death fight????????

I think they abandoned Chozen.

With regards Chozen, I actually feel sorry for him.
He was brought up by Uncle Sato to hate Miyagi, probably since a small child. Look at his face when Sato does a complete reverse and turn over the Miyagi situation towards the end. It's like Chozens' whole life has been wasted on hating Miyagi, and for what? Just for his Uncle to suddenly be friends and ask Miyagi for forgiveness. That's why he goes completely off the rails at the end and wants to fight to the death to regain his honour. Granted his hate was misplaced and he shouild have directed it towards Sato, But I'm sure you get my point.

If those pen pushers up at city hall don't like it,well, they swivel on this middle digit!

You forgot to add to the list, makes fun of Daniel dancing with Kumiko and winds up looking more dorky than Daniel does, and even slightly effeminate.

Why did Daniel even along with Miyagi on this trip? Daniel seemed really naive. Miyagi almost turned to be a real shady person.

33) sarcastically says Daniel dances very nice and then snickers "like geisha"

34) insults Daniel and kimiko when they try to calmly leave saying, "his favorite teacher's karate technique is the "let's go" technique.

35) Then sarcastically copies technique in his own way only to go after Daniel/Kumiko.

Speaking of "feeling sorry for Chozen" I really wonder what would happen to him. He had been disowned and disinherited by his rich uncle, probably banned from the martial arts school he trained (and trained others) at, would likely face criminal charges for breaking into that party and trying to kill Daniel and even assaulting his girlfriend, and after that he would be a pariah to the entire town. Would he end up in prison? kill himself? become a bum? I see no future for that poor guy.

If I were Kumiko and Chozen kicked Daniel in the stomach, I would have either punched Chozen in the nose or kicked him in the shins. That's what I would do if someone did that to any of my friends or threatened to break their necks like Chozen did Daniel.
