Actually, that is the scene where Everett gets cut. The Terhune player pushes Jimmy from behind and in the melee which followed, Everett gets thrown into the trophy case. If you look closely, you will notice that Everett is playing at the end of the game. He probably should have been kicked out for starting the brawl or at least sat down since he was bleeding all over the place.
