All throughout the film I thought George was played by Billy Bob Thornton! Chelcie Ross looks like Thornton's twin!

Ross made quite a career playing dickish middle-aged guys, especially in sports movies.
Essentially he inherited the roles which had been going to G.D. Spradlin.
