Shows up to the house in a green car leaves in a brown car

Why is it rated as a goof that he shows up to the house at the end in a green car yet leaves in a brown car. This is not a goof, we see him spy the brown car before he goes into the house. When he comes out with the kid in his arm I guess he realises that the brown car is closer and he decides to use that one instead, that's why he says "there's no keys in the car, there's no keys in the car". This is because this is not his car and he is trying to steal it.

Also if this has been seen earlier why doesn't someone change it on the goofs page. I tried but am not sure how to do it.
