Level Music from TMNT 4 SNES Game

Did anybody notice that the theme music through out the movie sounds very similar to the music played on the level "prehistoric turtlesaurus" on TMNT 4 for the Super Nintendo? Check it out, "http://www.electrofresh.com/midi.php?action=down&id=46989";

Its similar. I wouldn't say "very" similar, but it's got some of the same qualities.

It also sounds almost exactly like the main theme to Final Fight. I have an mp3 of the arranged Final Fight theme, and it's pretty much identical.
