Just wondering...

I was going to submit this into the trivia section, but I have no actual factual data to back it up, but let me see what you guys think.

When Eddie Murphy makes the toast before he gets the dagger, he says "To Monty" now I don't recall any monty in this film and the character list of IMDB confirms this...so is this toast a cue to another Ediie Murphy classic Trading Places?

Just wondering.

It's a reference to the previous line "What are you, Monty Hall?"

Adding on to Grunyen's response:

When Chandler is about to enter the maze to find the knife, the old Tibetan man tells him the rules to finding it, which happened to be very detailed...Chandler joking around calls the old man Monty Hall (host of the old game show "Let's Make a Deal")
