I know they were trying to lighten the mood but that really has no part in a F13 movie..
Stupid military marching band music.. bloody awful
A shame because this director was pretty on point with most of the soundtrack ..

Yeah I agree. It reminds me of the silly police academy style films which is completely wrong for the Friday 13th films.

It reminds me of that silly clown music for the introduction of the cops in Halloween 5.

The sequence should've been a bit shorter. It's fun to see the guys (and the girl) get killed, but they could've done it without turning it into a complete joke.

I thought it was funny. It's not like they used that music when Jason killed them or something.

For a split second I thought I was watching Troop Beverly Hills. I was expecting Shelly Long to come jumping out of the bushes.
