I saw this movie like 15 years ago. I thought about a couple years ago and have been trying to find it sense. I was seriously starting to wonder if I just imagined or dreamed of a movie with bad guys wearing animals masks.
But finally today I was flipping through channels and came across it. It's not a great movie, but at least I know I'm not going insane now. lol

Dude me to I watch this like on the USA channel in the mid 90s, and always wondered what this movie was called.
