idk if anyone will ever see this, but..i remember when i watched this movie yeaaaaars ago, i was really disturbed by the scene where one of the masked kidnappers dies and something weird happens to his mask..like..it withers or something...does this really happens or was i too young and imagining things?

there is a scene where father christmas puts his mask on a branch amoung the bushes and sally shoots it. when she goes closer it does kind of whither and collapse into itself.. And theres a scene where the duck guys head gets seperated from his body.
shareHe was killed in the house and then they beheaded him and strung him up ob a barbed wire fence beside a post. when the teacher turned the corner she freaked for a second and then his head and body slid in 2 different directions.
