Not the Punisher, but close
I always wanted to see Sylvester Stallone play the Punisher. I always thought he would've been perfect. He never did play the part and I doubt he ever will. But the closest you will get to it is Cobra. Probably Rambo and even Paul Kersey, who he will portray in Death Wish, come close too.
