Crazy Bobby's Death Wish? How many times could he have been killed?

To be a tough guy, Bobby was incredibly sloppy and he always gave his victims opportunities to kill him. It was a pretty good character study. In dealing with Leo, he said on m ore than 3 occasions, stop whimpering. In these instructions, it was almost like he was giving him the formula for overcoming his situation. Bobby was a complex villain who seemed to harbor respect for those who challenged his ruthlessness. About being sloppy, Bobby could have been killed when the hero and his wife got the better of him in the pool area. He then could have been killed when he confronted the main villain during the photo shoot. For all his shooting up inanimate objects, he created the perfect warning for the main villain to retaliate against him at the first chance. The most blaring "I'll let you kill me if you can" came when he was dealing with effeminate Leo. He gave this guy and his assistant all kinds of chances, but because of their whimpering they saw none of them. He posed in the mirror way making small talk. He allowed Leo to go into another room and return (usually that means returning with a gun and doing what you do) and he allowed Leo and the assistant to have better vantage points while in the room.

The best lack all conviction, while the worst are full of passionate intensity.

Bobby was frightening, but he underestimated Alan. For some reason, he thought he could trust him after pointing a gun at his junk. I think he figured Alan was humbled by that episode and wouldn't try to cross him.

The scene where he almost suffocates Vanity is really scary. That girl was one wrong answer away from death.

Leo was a coward.
