will the hogan family be back on tv this fall 2007?
was wondering if valerie/the hogan family will be on this upcoming fall 2007 everyone seems to want it back on tv and eventually to dvd set of every season of this series (uncut)
shareIt would be nice to see it back on TV. I would love that to see this show on. It was a great show and I some what was shocked to find out that the twins are my age because when the show first came out I was like older than them. When I looked up the bio on both of the actors it turned out that they were my age and I was shocked because they were in roles playing younger than what they were.
shareit looks like as many people that are replying here it looks like they would want to make us viewers happy and i am one that would watch cause i loved the show when it came on nbc in 1986 and yes i keep checking to see if they have released it to different stores on dvd that would be nice but i'm still waiting on valerie/the hogan family to come back to tv weather it would be abcfamily or ion netork its a shame they bring a show on that everyone loves but never show it very long when they do bring it back on tv in reruns
shareI know what you mean! I was 14 years old at the time when Valerie which changed over to Hogan Family after they wrote Valerie Harper off the show. I would love to see this again on TV. You know it is a shame that it did not get picked up into syndication like Full House, Growing Pains, Who's The Boss, Family Matters, and many other shows. I do not see how stations select or pick what is going to be aired a lot and what is not. I really wonder about that a lot. You would think that after a show was on for several years it would have a chance to be shown in syndication. I know if I was a production manager I would more than likely get into trouble for that you know. What I mean is putting on shows that had the ratings but were not exactly like all of the rest.
When Hogan Family switched from NBC to CBS I was in shock because I was like "Why would NBC get rid of a great show like this and hand it to their competitor for?" I guess that Hogan Family ran its course on NBC and they felt the show was taking up a time slot and that is why they gave it to CBS. I know I would not do something like that with a great show. I have seen some other religious channels or stations about 6 or 7 years ago show Valerie/Hogan Family on TV. I was so excited and happy to see it. I sure do hope that ABC Family will show this great show again. It would be great to see it come out in DVD as well because I would buy it to bring back my puberty years. LOL The great memories that I had with crushes on like Alyssa Milano, Tracy Wells, and many women of my age back in the 80's.
