Dori doesn't act after Hammer?

Why do Dori Doreaus acting credits stop after Hammer? It's not like she is dead and it's not like she should have been blacklisted after this show. Very strange - doesn't make any sense to me.

If you read Anne Marie Martin's bio you'll see she married Michael Crichton after appearing in Sledge Hammer. With all that money why would she want to continue acting? :)

She also wrote the film "Twister".
Plus she still works in the biz, just behind the scenes instead of infront of the camera.

I thought she was nifty on the show. I too wish she had done some more acting. But if she's happier doing writing and production work, then so be it.
