Sledge - Cop, Hero. . . . Psychic?

Now I've got to say there are several lines in Sledge Hammer! that are even more hilarious these days because of events that happened between the show's ending and today. For example (and pardon if the quotes are a bit off)

In "state of sledge" he says "It's Hammer Time!" when he's on the roof covered in dynamite and guns. A good 4-5 years before MC Hammer graced us with his presence.

Doreau: Are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Sledge: I don't know, I'm thinking of invading Afghanistan all by myself, what are you thinking?
(G.W. Bush anyone?)

(Talking about Michael Jackson)
Sledge: I just don't trust anyone who wears a single white glove and walks backwards.

Anyone have any other examples?
