No one goes to the warehouse district of London at night, no one. It's completely vacant. Therefore, no one would notice some sword brandishing Ancient Egyptian look alikes chasing after some young kids.
Schools don't have any problem with a "scientist" flying amateur built aircraft off of their roofs, specifically after multiple attempts that could have resulted in decapitation or crushing death of a student let alone the teacher.
No one thinks any different of someone walking around a busy street in a heavily cloaked outfit in Victorian England during the daytime.
