In 1988, this film was part 1 of HBO's "Friday Night Thriller" double...

...Feature. I only know this because that's when I recorded it (part 2 was "A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors", which my father already recorded for me a few weeks prior). I still have the videotape, and it works great (I was in 4th grade then, on Easter vacation), Yeah, during the credits of "Witchboard", the song "Bump in The Night" is interrupted by the mention of the second half of HBO's double feature.
Anyway, I still like this film, and occasionally view it ("The Wraith" and "Short Circuit" are on that videotape as well)even today. It holds special place for me; it's something of a time capsule, except I've never placed the videotape in the ground:-)
