How could this be only PG-13?
The sexual references, the boozing, the underage partying, and didn't Piano Girl get topless? The only thing missing is the word f@ck.
But my theory is that back then, about a year after the PG-13 rating came out, they were more lenient with it. Nowadays, I say this movie gets an R.
