DVD relase. PLEASE ANWSER

Hi!

I just buy 2 DVDs. Trancers 1 and 2. They were both great but are they capture picture from some old VHS and then put it on DVD. Please tell me if is the picture capture from VHS.

Trancers 2 (Region 2) have very good picture.

The DVD's pretty no-frills and inexpensive all around, so Full Moon clearly didn't put much effort into releasing it.

True. Given that Sony own most of Empire's back catalogue, one can only hope they'll do this film justice one day.
