Is this the movie I'm thinking of?

I'll start by saying I only have the vaguest description of what I remember. When I was a child I remember watching a movie where the lead had some bracelet type thing that could do stuff (sorry I dont know what :(). I also remember him going through some labyrinth type maze. Probably is something else, but someone suggested this. Ya, so not much to go on, but I've seen miracles worked on the IMDB forums.

Don't know about the labyrinth maze, but the 'watch' Jack Deth wears can do stuff. He uses it in one scene to stop time for ten seconds.

Oh, wow. I watched that again a few months ago (after seeing it when it came out back in the day). So cheesy. Vintage 80s.
