Anyone finds this movie similar to The Crow?

Same kind of super anti-hero movie where they were once geeks that were harassed then later becomes this unstoppable yet dangerous Anti-hero who seeks revenge.

I did see similarity. Especially the villains. In both movies the baddies don't have boundaries.
