I haven't been able to find the novelization for this film, and I was wondering if it had any different or new information the movie didn't give. I heard that Sarah's full name was given (was it really Sarah Claire as I've heard, making Claire in 2 and 3 the same as Sarah in 1 and 4. If anyone here has read the novel, I'd like to hear what is in it. Thanks in advance! :)

It's mostly the same as the movie, but there are a few differences such as:
- The gym owner getting a blowjob from the girl he sells dope to.
- Bozo poking his penis into another stall and Melvin accidentally slamming the toilet paper dispenser on it.
- A flashback of some girl trying to give Mayor Belgoody a blowjob and having a tough time finding his penis through all the folds of skin.
- Julie and Wanda end up fighting each other while Toxie locks them in the sauna.
- Cigar Face gets his balls ripped out.
- The time it takes place is changed and references to 9/11 are made.
There's also some information on how Bozo got his name. I don't remember all the details, but I think his mother "got around" with a traveling circus.
The books explains how Toxie can have sex with Sarah without destroying her. I don't remember the exact details.
That's all I can recall at this moment. I don't have the book with me. I borrowed it from the library.
