Make of small boat Candy was learning on?

Does anyone know what the make of the small day sailer, that JC was learning to sail on? It kind of looked like a homebuild boat, if so I love to find the plans and build one...

I believe the first one was an Optimist Pram. It's widely used in kids learn to sail programs.
