After the werewolf is killed and turns back into Reverend Lowe, does anyone have any idea why he "roars"? I've never understood that. In addition, I always burst out laughing at that part. I don't know why though. LOL

I think it was just the last hurrah of his werewolf side. That side had truly taken him over, in every sense.

The film 'Carrie' pretty much set the stage for movies after it that have similar types of a 'last hurrah' shock/pop-out.
