Why is called the "Pacemaker"?

It's called the peacemaker because the bartender used it to keep the peace at the bar if people started fights

I think when I seen the film, it looked like the bat said "Pacemarker", I don't know maybe I am not seeing it correctly or something, but thanks for the notify :)

It very clearly said peace maker in the first scene its shown 

The pacemaker was actually a totally different mechanism that was responsible for regulating bobby's lemonade levels. Unfortunately these levels overflowed when reverend werewolf popped up out of the fog
