Who's scarier-the Gnome King, Mombi or the Wheelers?

Which one of the villains scared you the most when you saw this movie? I think that the scene where Dorothy sneaks into Princess Mombi's quarters and tries to get the magic potion and she accidentally wakes up the heads and they start all screaming was the creepiest part in the movie. Especially when Mombi's head goes:

"DOROTHY GALE!!!"

None of the characters scared me, but I'd rank them like this:

The Nome King - He was so schizo and could go from one extreme to the next at the drop of a hat. The ruby slippers bit kills me everytime. HOW YOU DOIN', NOME KING? AWLRIGHT!

Mombi - Jean Marsh knows how to play some scary villians. I love the "WHERE'S MY POWDER OF LIFE" scene too. It was funny seeing her transform from a scary bad ass to a groveling pathetic case in front of the Nome King.

The Wheelers - Like Mombi, they seemed scary, but were really cowards. Freaky as hell, but cowards just the same.

Visually I thought Mombi was the scariest, with the heads and all, but the IDEA of the Nome King was the scariest.

Just because we lose today's battle doesn't mean we've lost tommorow's war.

True, but as scary as Mombi was with her heads and whatnot, she couldn't do much harm. The Nome King was not only crazy, but could throw you into the fiery furnace, turn you into an ornament for life, or eat you. He backed up his scary!

I think the Nome King was the scariest Oz villain EVER, I think he is even worse than the Witch of the West.

The Wicked Witch of the West was all talk and little bite to me. The Nome King would've finished her off before she could finish "my pretty"!

I think the gnome king is the scariest, and then mombi. I didn't find the wheelers scary at all. I thought they were hilarious!.

The Wicked Witch of the West Vs. The Gnome King would've been a pretty cool thing to witness. I wonder what the two of them though of each other, considering the WWOTW probably knew about The Gnome King when she was alive.

As cowardly as the Wheelers are, they seem more terrifying to me. They don't seem like the kind to get bored from picking the wings off of flies, so imagine having you captive? What their deranged minds could think up?

Mombi and the Nome King either kill on the spot, transform or capture. I can see the Wheelers having a great time torturing.

We've met before, haven't we?

The Nome King had no reason to turn Dorothy and her friends into ornaments since they never stole from him. He'd also threatened to throw them into the fiery furnace if they didn't play the game. The head with black hair threatened to lock Dorothy in the tower until her head was ready, but I doubt Mombi herself would've followed through. She was supposed to bring her to the Nome King, but being the lazy, self-absorbed sloth she was, she allowed Dorothy to escape.

I'd say both Mombi and the Nome King. The Nome King scared me more due to the faces coming onto the rocks and his demonic laughter. Mombi scared me with the heads peering at you and of course that creepy scene of "DOROTHY GALE!!!!" That's pretty disturbing for a Disney movie
