DVD with hand-drawn cover art

Has anyone seen it? I saw it in a video store the other day. It has an animated Trash and Tarman on the cover. Its a MGM release though.

I'm using my work computer, shopping sites are blocked (yet I can get on IMDb go figure Lol)

But Only Cartoon-versions of Trash and Tarman should be on the front. Tarman appears to be more like a Shadow looking down on her, and she's sitting down looking "at us". The characters are drawn really bizarre-looking, like something out of Tim Burton. If that's the one you're trying to show me, then that's the right one.

Oh then I got the wrong one. But I think I found what your talking about. Is trash sitting on graves holding brains and tarman is in the sky and all dark staring at us?

reply

YES indeed! That's the one! I saw it in a FYE video store, in the $5 bin with other horror movies.
I wonder who drew that cover, it looks pretty cool. Looks like something out of Creepypasta.

This movie seems to have trouble finding a decent front cover. The initial releases just used the theatrical poster, then the 2007/2010 releases just used a green background that has the film's title in big red text.

The new Collector's Edition is so far the best cover. Though I don't think it was wise of them to put the real Tarman, as seen in the movie, on the cover. His grotesque appearance might creep people out from buying it. I think he should be a surprise for those who have never seen or heard of this movie before. You watch the movie, then when he shows up it's like WTF is that thing??! LOL.

The theatrical poster is perfect and is all you need, why make a different cover in the first place?
