HOW does the POS rate a 7?

I can't believe Kilmer was even in this joke

reply

To each their own, but Kilmer was great in RG and I've always wondered why he didn't do more comedic roles. The writing and dialogue was superb but I think Kilmer's performance as Chris Knight is what made the film work. His comedic timing / delivery was spot on.

You are a joke go eat a decroted piece of crap

This is Kilmer's best movie imo.

He should have made more comedies. He was funny. Top Secret us also really funny, but not as much as RG.

reply

I agree.

I love this movie.

Wait a minute... who am I here?

reply

actually I just re-watched it. Its very funny, clever, light-weight fun. Its also one of VK's first movies, he shines in every scene. Don't dismiss fluff movie point blank. This was a great movie.

This film is a cult classic for a reason... the only part where they stretched credibility was at the very end where the laser zipped across the yard in a second then lingered on the prism for many seconds... besides that, the film is pretty close to flawless for an '80s flick.

reply

Kilmer was the best part of this movie.

reply

Totally disagree, this film was great. I saw it in the theatre back in 85 an loved it. Kilmer was great.
