Considering Mitch had just told her that he did indeed want to have sex only with Jordyn and not Sherry, then them kissing afterward, and then shortly after she's asking if he's going to introduce her to his parents? I don't think it's a huge leap in logic to assume their relationship had turned sexual. Just because it didn't happen on screen doesn't mean it didn't happen.
Maybe. Under current California Law, the Age Of COncent is 18, but 3 Years age difference is allowed. However, this film was made in, and set in, 1985, and Im not sure what the Age Of COncent was then. In most STtaes its actually 16, not 18, and was 16 n Tennessee until about a Decade Ago, so, I don't know.
