Help! Which Bluray to get?

There are so many versions, which should I get? I want to own the best possible release of this gem. :)

Second Sight released Re-Animator in a double disc Blu-ray Steelbook case two years ago, but it was recently re-released in a regular blu-ray case, with the same special features, which is much cheaper. If you live in the US, I highly recommend getting a region free blu-ray/dvd player. Believe me.. it's worth it.

You're very welcome! Those region free players definitely come in handy when it comes to releases like this, huh? 

Agreed! And luckily enough, I was able to snag a steelbook of Second Sight's bluray release today! Their almost all gone, but luckily I found one on ebay that was reasonably priced.

Not sure if you're a fan, but Arrow Video will be releasing a 2K restoration of Bride of Re-Animator in a few weeks. I found it to be more over the top than Re-Animator, but still entertaining and good for a few laughs, too. 

Much like Gremlins 2, I think "Bride"" umped the camp and budget and I absolutely loved it, and whoever didn't like it is missing out on a grand swell time. The Arrow edition I have preordered for like 2 months now haha. Can't wait to see it!

Great comparison to Gremlins 2!  I preordered Bride of Re-Animator a couple months ago, also. Hell! I even find Beyond Re-Animator great for a few laughs, even though it doesn't hold a candle to the first two films. Still.. they make a pretty good trilogy. I'd love to see Beyond Re-Animator get the "special edition" treatment on Blu-ray, also.
