The interrogation of Rambo was very sexual in my opinion. He's nearly naked during the torture, sweaty, and flexed. Did anyone else find Stallone attractive during this scene?

I think that whole scene was just a major excuse for Stallone to show off his Hercules/tarzan type physique in stark detail not only for the fangirls but for his own astronomic vanity.
Like you said he's got everything from the sweat drenched pecs to the flexing - he had it all down to a science, and it's prolonged like a mother-fer, too. Sly had a boner for pumped up male bodies namely his own in movies (also see Rocky IV's tribute to Dolph Lundgren for more details) but not in a gay way, just in a more celebratory/show off manner sort of like what Barbarella did for female bodies.

Don't know about "attractive", since I'm not into guys, but there's definitely a some type of sadomasochistic vibe to the torture scenes. In the way how the camera almost licks Sly's body, and how Steven Berkoff portrays Podovsky as someone who almost orgasms from the torture sessions. Oh yeah, Podovsky definitely loves his job.
