Yes, in Cameron's script she explains this to Rambo and says her mother was a comedian. That got cut.

I'm pretty sure she's not a prostitute. She works for the CIA and she only dresses like a prostitute because they observed a girl from the village gain access to the camp earlier. Co probably stole her motorcycle or paid her for it and clothes so she could rescue Rambo.

She was in Cameron's script which is where that bit of dialogue comes. Also in Morrell's novelization. It was cut from the film.
