Netflix Error?

Watching this right now on Netflix and had to do a double take. Right at the start, the TriStar logo is shown BUT Carolco's music is played over it. I can't think of a case where I've seen this before, and would about bet it's not like this on VHS, DVD, etc.

It's new to instant streaming and maybe is a retroactive change, could explain how T2 got removed from streaming this summer after years on the service.

As I'm typing this I looked for other Carolco films on Netflix and found Basic Instinct, which played with both the TriStar and Carolco logos with correct music. So, I guess that would seem to rule out some kind of rights changeover.
