Was Co just using Rambo for a green card to America?
"Rambo, you take me America?"
Do you think she really had feelings for him? He didn't exactly turn on the charm.

Co wasn't exactly hiding the fact that she wanted to "go to America, live a quiet life", her discussion with Rambo on the pirate boat revealed as much about her. She was also collaborating with the American CIA, and helped a valuable, captured foreign spy (Rambo) to escape from a Viet prison camp. If captured and tried in Vietnamese court for these, things would not bode well for her, so Co really had nothing to lose by at least trying to make Rambo take her along.
And hey, tough experiences tend to bring people closer to each other.

shareHe saved her too. Arrow in the head of enemy soldier when they rescue the POW. Just sayin.
shareit is possible he appeared to be vulnerable in that regard and broken to the point anyone could see it so she could have easily tried playing on that. he was a good hearted guy deep down even below his roughened exterior so that wouldn't have helped.
shareCan't blame her for wanting to leave that hell hole...
shareShe wanted to steal his secret for beautiful, bouncy hair in the middle of a jungle with terrible humidity.
